This offering begins with guided breathwork to help calm the mind and bring awareness to the body. From there, we move into a series of slow, grounding yin yoga poses held for longer periods to gently open the hips, spine, and connective tissues. This practice encourages deep relaxation, release, and a deeper connection to the breath and body.
This offering transforms the tattoo process into a sacred and intentional experience. Each session begins with grounding practices to create presence and clarity before the tattooing begins. The artwork is approached as a meaningful symbol or energetic imprint, allowing the tattoo to become a ceremonial act of self-expression, transformation, and personal storytelling. This is more than a tattoo, it is a mindful and intentional journey.
This session is designed to help you reconnect with your natural creative expression. Through guided practices such as meditation, breath awareness, reflection, and intuitive art, you will be supported in releasing creative blocks and allowing your authentic creativity to flow freely. Creative Liberation Workshop
Sound Healing Breathwork Journey
This journey begins with guided breathwork to help release tension, open the body, and bring the mind into a deeper state of awareness. Through intentional breathing, we activate the body’s natural ability to clear stagnant energy and reconnect with the present moment. After the breathwork, you will be invited to lie down and fully surrender into a restorative sound bath. Using a variety of instruments, vibrations, and healing frequencies, the sounds gently wash over the body, creating space for deep relaxation, energetic balance, and inner renewal.
Stretch Touch Therapy is a hands-on session that combines assisted stretching with therapeutic touch. Through guided stretches, body awareness, and massage-based techniques, the body is gently opened and supported in releasing tension and tightness. This session helps improve mobility, circulation, and relaxation while allowing the body to move deeper into natural alignment and ease.
Stretch-Touch Therapy
This offering is a gentle and meditative movement practice designed to cultivate and balance the body’s life force energy. Through slow, intentional movements, mindful breathing, and focused awareness, Qigong helps open the body, release tension, and restore natural energetic flow. This practice supports relaxation, grounding, and a deeper connection between the mind, body, and breath, leaving you feeling centered, calm, and revitalized.
