A Sacred Tattoo Ceremonial Session is an intentional, meditative tattoo experience that honors the body, the moment, and the meaning behind the mark. Through presence, breath, and ritual, the tattoo becomes a transformative and personal ceremony.

I offer online and in-person yoga sessions rooted in presence, breath, and embodied awareness. Classes include yin yoga and intuitive slow flow, blending gentle movement with mindful pacing to support restoration, mobility, and inner connection. Each session is guided intuitively to meet the energy of the moment and the needs of the group.

Breathwork Sessions

These breathwork sessions are guided practices centered on conscious, intentional breathing to calm the nervous system and bring the body back into balance. Through deep, mindful breath and present awareness, we create space to reset, open the senses, and cultivate a sense of peace and inner stillness. The practices offered are designed to help you integrate breath awareness into daily life, supporting clarity, grounding, and emotional regulation beyond the session itself.

Experience deep relaxation and energetic alignment through the immersive vibrations of African drums, Native American flute, handpan, and sound bowls. In these sessions, you’ll lie in stillness, surrendering to the sounds as they wash over you, promoting healing, balance, and a sense of calm. Each session creates a sacred space to receive the restorative power of sound and vibration.

Stretch & Touch Therapy

Experience intentional, hands-on guidance designed to open the body, increase range of motion, and release tension. Through assisted stretches, mindful movement, and therapeutic touch, these sessions help the body breathe, relax, and move more freely while integrating massage for deep physical and energetic release.
